Brian Fleming, Partner, joined TMG in 2000. He has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including development, project management, marketing, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. In total, Brian has leased over 5,000,000 square feet with a transaction value of over $2 billion and has played a major role in acquisitions and dispositions totaling over $2.5 billion.

Prior to TMG: Before joining TMG, Brian worked for Grubb and Ellis where he was routinely acknowledged with the Grubb & Ellis “Circle of Excellence” award and was in the top 1% of brokers nationwide from 1998–2000.

Brian received his B.A. degree from the University of California at San Diego.
