TMG Partners has won awards for many projects
including honors for “Best Mixed Use,”
“Best Office,” and “Best Historic Rehabilitation”.
TMG Partners has named Tom Stubbs as development partner, a position he previously held at the company before taking an eight-year hiatus to build a successful winery.
"Tom is returning to TMG at a time wherein his expertise will be more valuable than ever owing to the exciting development projects we have slated for 2011 and beyond," said Michael Covarrubias, chairman and chief executive officer of TMG Partners. "We look forward to a new phase of working alongside a colleague of many years - including from his earlier brokerage days representing us - as the Bay Area begins to emerge from a challenging economy."
Stubbs was with TMG Partners from 1998 to 2002. For the past eight years, he helped build Stubbs Vineyard LLC of West Marin into a family wine business. In his new role with TMG Partners, he is responsible for marketing and broker relationships for the firm's projects in addition to his role in development of specific new projects.
Prior to his initial period at TMG Partners, Stubbs was co-founder and owner of Stubbs, Collenette and Associates, Inc., a boutique commercial brokerage firm in San Francisco that he and his partners sold to Grubb and Ellis in 1996. Earlier, he was president of Knowlton Realty Ltd., an international brokerage firm headquartered in Canada with offices across the western United States.
