Charles Gibson, Partner, joined TMG in 2004. He oversees development activities, due diligence, and financial analyses of TMG’s real estate projects with specific focus on acquisition and disposition strategies. Charles has more than fourteen years of experience in real estate development and asset management.

Prior to TMG: Mr. Gibson spent three years in the Investment Banking Group of UBS Warburg in their New York and Frankfurt offices, focusing on corporate advisory assignments for industrial manufacturing clients.

Charles earned an M.B.A. in Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and graduated summa cum laude with an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
