Kevin McLean

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin McLean joined TMG in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the firm's Executive Management team. In his role as CFO, Kevin oversees all aspects of accounting, tax, and reporting for TMG Partners, and the company’s various investment vehicles and assets.

Prior to joining TMG, Kevin spent over 11 years at DivcoWest, where he oversaw major elements of DivcoWest’s accounting and finance function with a focus on fund accounting and fund administration, property accounting, and development accounting. Prior to DivcoWest, Kevin spent over 12 years at Deloitte delivering both audit and advisory services to a range of asset managers within real estate, private equity, venture capital, and hedge. Kevin also spent 3 years within Deloitte’s M&A practice performing financial due diligence on behalf of private equity sponsors in both take-private or private-to-private transaction.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and is a licensed CPA (inactive) in the state of California.
