Zoa Town

Vice President, Property and Asset Management

Zoa Town is Vice President, Property and Asset Management at TMG Partners. She joined TMG in 2001 and oversees all aspects of asset and property management for the company’s diverse portfolio. With her depth of experience, Zoa provides daily leadership across the organization and has overseen the acquisition, development, management, leasing and disposition of more than 13 million square feet of various property types valued over $4.5 billion. In addition to her focus on creating value through operational and property management expertise, Zoa plays a key role in the development & execution of investment strategies.

Prior to TMG, Zoa managed real estate and facilities for Salesforce and spent two years in the Investment Banking Group of H&Q, focusing on research and analysis of technology and emerging internet companies.

Zoa holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California where she served as captain of their Division I volleyball team and where she continues to mentor student athletes across multiple sports.
