Parker Larson

Parker Larson, Partner, joined TMG in October 2025 and is involved in various acquisitions and development activities to further grow the firm’s footprint.

Prior to TMG, Parker held leadership positions at Southern Land Company and Trammell Crow Company, spearheading development projects in the Bay Area and other West Coast gateway markets. In these roles, he was responsible for sourcing, capitalizing, entitling, developing, and leasing over $1 billion of industrial, multifamily, and office projects. He led acquisitions— including negotiation, due diligence, closing, and interim asset management activities, as well as the pricing and sequencing strategies—for a multi-year, 50+ acre assemblage effort in Silicon Valley, which ultimately yielded over 15 million square feet of entitlements.

Parker earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, an M.S. from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. and B.S. from the University of Utah. He resides in the East Bay with his wife and three children.
